So Ive had a wild hair up my ass to build a cafe racer for awhile now. So I finally found a worthy donor bike. My designs, ideas, and concepts have changed many times since buying this bike. I purchased the 1980 Kawasaki KZ440 for $250 back in March 09. My girlfriend thought this bike was an ugly beast, and decided that Blue Bomber was fitting for the name.
This bike was in need of some TLC, too bad its only going to get used and abused here! I figured I should get it running before tearing it down. So after getting a new battery, draining the old gas from the carbs, and new plugs the blue bomber was alive.
